My work as a Trainer and Consultant for more than 20 years, specialising in Interpersonal Skills, Stress Management and Assertiveness training, led me to Hypnotherapy as an enhanced way of helping people to achieve their goals. Hypnotherapy allows me to incorporate the skills of Life Coaching, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) acquired and developed over my years in training. In addition to being qualified in Advanced and Clinical Hypnosis, I am a Certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and also a qualified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator (HBCE).
I work with a wide range of clients, from a variety of backgrounds, on an assortment of issues. I pride myself on providing caring, confidential and professional help, using a blend of skills and techniques appropriate to the client and their issues.

I have nine years' experience in Complementary Healthcare within both the private and public sectors. Experienced in Substance Misuse, Ante-Natal and Post Natal care, Sports Injuries. Worked with local Government , Education, Police authority, Leeds Rhinos RLFC, Alcohol and Drug Services.
My specialties are: Bowen Technique, LifeCoaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy.
I work with the individual and not the problem, addressing the person and their health concerns whether physiological or mental/emotional.
